As a designer, I admire simplicity & elegance. As a programmer, I strive for efficiency. I built the Searf.com homepage to embody both, immersing you in a beautiful interactive visualization of the web, whilst bringing you closer to your online world.
You're in complete control. You can add any search engine across the web, put your most favourite websites a click away at the top of the page, and you don't even need to make an account & remember yet another password to save it all. How? All your data is privately stored offline in your browser. Oh, and ads? Never. This homepage is yours.
Your homepage is saved at: https://www.searf.com

Homepage FeaturesYour homepage consists of TopLinks at the top-left, which are links to your favourite websites, and an All-In-One Search Bar in the center, letting you use any Search Engine across the web directly from your homepage.
You can edit TopLinks & Search Engines by hitting the 'EDIT' button in the bottom-right corner of the homepage. On the Edit page, you'll find instructions in the bottom-left to help you at every turn.
Custom TopLinksSimply hit the
Custom Search Engines icon in the top-left of the Edit page to add your own TopLinks to your homepage.Again, simply hit the
icon on the Edit page to add your own Search Engine. It's important to note that the address required is of the search results page when you search for 'searf' in the Search Engine you wish to add. When the search box is empty, you can use the left & right arrow keys to easily switch Search Engines.
Tab/Shift+TabWhen you've already entered text into the search box, you can use Tab & Shift+Tab to switch Search Engines.
Search Keys & Triggers are words or phrases that allow you to auto-select a Search Engine based on what you search for. You can edit them by editing Search Engines.
Search KeysWhen your search query contains a Key, the Search Engine that the Key is linked to is automatically selected, and the Key is removed from the query. For example, if 'buy' set as a Key for Amazon, and you attempt to search for 'buy kindle' in Google, you will instead search Amazon for 'kindle'.
Search TriggersTriggers are like Keys, except instead of being removed from your search query, Triggers are passed onto the Search Engine. For example, 'trailers' is preset as a Trigger for YouTube, so if you attempt to search for 'movie trailers' in Google, you will instead search YouTube for 'movie trailers'.
